* We are about 20-25 minutes walk from Carlisle railway station
* We are close to bus routes: 62, 62A, 69 and 75
* Parking outside our centre is free and unrestricted for clients

Drivers please note:
By road, there is no direct turn off Dalston Road. You need to approach from St James' Rd, Norfolk Street or Ferguson Road.
